Lusha “Lucie” Berman
Lusha was born and raised in the Suburbs of Washing DC but has lived and worked all over the United States with one of her favorite places being Los Angeles, CA. After graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Marketing in 2013, Lusha started her staffing career with a boutique Accounting Staffing &Search firm in Washington DC. Her 6 years in this high-level role provided her with an incredible mind for internal business strategy and refined her natural interpersonal communication and customer service talents.
As the proud daughter of Russian immigrants, Lusha is fluent in Russian, some French and teaching herself Arabic. This multiethnic background has provided her a deep-seated appreciation for living and working in a complex and diverse market and community. Having lived and worked all over the United States, Lusha is well connected and actively involved in a wide variety of communities and networks.
Lusha specializes in all facets of Finance & Accounting working with executives to helping young professionals who are looking to build upon their experience in a competitive market. Favorite things outside of work: reggae, reggae tone dancing, hula hooping, paddle boarding, boating, sustainability, Acroyoga, soccer, black cats, beach, llamas, dog mighty max and attempting to garden.
