How fast can someone start?

For common roles we can often have a qualified person working within 1-2 business days. Urgent requests get a same-day yes or no — we would rather tell you quickly that we can’t cover it than have you wait.

On site or remote?

Both. Many interim finance roles run remote or hybrid; some — cleared work, systems conversions, a team that needs supervision in person — genuinely need someone in the building. We’ll be straight with you about which yours is.

Can an interim placement become permanent?

Yes, and it happens often. Working together for a few months is a far better evaluation than an interview loop, and converting is a normal, agreed-in-advance path.

What’s the minimum engagement?

There is no fixed floor. Some engagements are a few weeks of proposal or audit support; others run several months through a search. Scope is set to the gap.

How is it billed?

Hourly or on a monthly scope, agreed before anyone starts. No placement fee unless you convert the person to a permanent hire, and that conversion fee is agreed up front too.
