As Director, Michael Connors is responsible for business development, cultivating existing relationships, and recruiting. He maintains a broad network of committed talent and passive-seeking financial personnel, which he has cultivated over his last 10 years in the search industry. His focus industries include Real Estate, Financial Services, Biotechnology, NonProfit, and Hospitals.

Michael began his recruiting career over 10 years ago at Aerotek supporting their scientific and professional services division. In 2013, Michael opened a start-up accounting and finance operating company of Allegis Group – Stephen James Associates – in the DC Metro area. After three years of success at Stephen James, Michael moved to Denver, Colorado to work for VincentBenjamin, a top regional accounting and IT search firm. During this time Michael focused on permanent placement and contract staffing for accounting, finance, and IT professionals. Michael moved back to the DC area in 2017, to start up Cronus Human Capital with the Founder of Grant/Morgan Associates where he managed all operational, digital marketing, recruitment, and client development at the firm, specializing in the placement of financial and data science professionals.

Michael currently resides in Falls Church with his wife Caitlin. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and attending concerts and Nationals games. He attended Arizona State University and graduated with a degree in Business Communications.
