Charles Cook
As a Director of Recruiting, Charles specializes in the placement of Finance & Accounting professionals within the Real Estate and Financial Services industries. With extensive years of experience in both search firm recruitment and in-house talent acquisition, Charles brings a diverse and unique recruitment repertoire to SpectrumCareers.
Charles spent the first 5 years of his career with highly reputable search firms including Aerotek and Michael Page where he developed a passion for recruitment. On the agency side, Charles has always been focused on the recruitment of top finance and accounting talent.
More recently, Charles gained valuable exposure to internal talent acquisition, having worked within the human resources departments at Google, and the world’s largest hedge fund in Bridgewater Associates prior to joining SpectrumCareers.
Charles attended Penn State University, where he graduated with a BA in Economics with a minor in Business. He currently resides in Bethesda, MD with his family and dog. When not in the office, you can find Charles playing basketball at the local courts, golfing on one of the many courses in the DMV area, or hiking with his golden retriever!
