Kevin Kelly, Managing Partner
Kevin Kelly founded SpectrumCareers in 1997 as a search firm for Accounting and Finance professionals. Since then, the firm has grown to the region’s leading and most innovative recruitment and consulting firm for accounting and IT professionals. Kevin is responsible for Client Development and Firm Administration.
Prior to SpectrumCareers, Kevin spent seven years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Manager. He also spent a year as the SEC and Technical Accounting Manager for a $500 million telecommunications company. Kevin received a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. He currently serves on the Board of the JMU Duke Club.
Jim Jacobsen, Partner
Jim Jacobsen joined SpectrumCareers in 2001 and leads the Technology division providing IT professional services. He is responsible for Client Development and Service Delivery and has established SpectrumCareers as a Preferred Partner with numerous Fortune 100 clients.
Prior to SpectrumCareers, Jim worked for several years as a Project Manager, Consultant and an Account Manager. He possesses a BS in Business from Wake Forest University and MBA from the University of Maryland.
Joe Basile, Partner
Joe Basile has been with SpectrumCareers since its inception in 1997. Joe is responsible for overall firm business development and client service. Prior to Spectrum, Joe worked in the Economic and Business Consulting arm of Arthur Andersen. Joe received a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond as well as a Masters in Sports Management.
Joe is active in various community charitable causes and enjoys participating in Washington area sports leagues. Joe serves on University of Richmond’s Alumni Recruitment Committee.
